The raffle will begin at 12 Noon or as soon as both rides are finished and all riders make it back for lunch on the athletic field up above the start/finish area at the Police Academy. All registered riders will get one raffle ticket with their ride registration for our regular raffle. The Super Bike Raffle…a separate limited ticket raffle for a custom fit $4,900+ bike. For details of the Super Bike raffle see below.
For all the prizes (with the exception of the $4,900+ bike that is part of the special and separate Super Bike raffle) given away you have to present to win. Only one major prize per person (i.e. a bicycle or wheel set)…although you can buy a ticket for the Super Bike raffle and win a bike in the regular raffle too! We do not mail prizes to prize winners…we will re-pull a ticket if the first winner’s ticket is not claimed within 10 minutes.
Extra Raffle tickets can be purchased in advance or on-site. Ticket prices are:
1 for $1, 5 for $5, 10 for $10, 25 for $20, 60 for $50 and 125 for $100.

The winner of this bike in the Super Bike raffle DOES NOT NEED TO BE PRESENT TO WIN. The winner’s name will be announced at the end of the regular raffle and notified by phone or e-mail. We will make sure that the winner is set up to receive their new bike and custom bike fit at either Velo Pasadena or Velo Studio (Burbank). Because we want to make sure the winner gets the right size frame, this will have to be custom ordered from KHS and may take 4-6 weeks (possibly longer) after winner is announced to arrive.
If we do not sell at least 100 tickets…all entrants will be contacted and given the choice of a refund or having their check given to the event charity. If the winner’s size is unavailable the Super Bike Drawing sponsors reserve the right to replace the frame with another bike that is at least $4,900 in retail value with similar components and parts.
