Registration is now closed…Onsite registration opens at 6am on Sunday.

Registration:    Fees
Register before March 1st $65
Register after March 1st, but before April 11th $70
Register after April 11th $75

 
If you would like to download a ride registration form, complete it, sign it
and bring it with you to save time Sunday morning.

All mailed applications must be postmarked no later than April 11th.

  • VIP Riders… register for the ride and then raise an additional $400 in donations to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles Bloodmobile Fund. To be a VIP Rider you must pre-register for the ride and select VIP rider option.
    • VIP Riders receive:
      • Preferred VIP Parking at ride, special VIP Rider number, 150 raffle tickets, Commemorative event jersey, event t-shirt, finisher medal, water bottle and preferred lunch arrangements after the ride.
  • Rider Entry Includes:
    • T-Shirt (XXL $3 extra)
    • Delicious Sharky’s Lunch & Beverage after the ride
    • Raffle ticket for automatic entry in prize drawings
    • Full Ride Support
    • Route Slip
    • Rest Stop with refreshments, water and portable restrooms
    • Finisher medals
    • Free parking for ride
  • Optional Fees & Merchandise:
    • Tandem riders must register individually
    • Commemorative Event Jerseys can be purchased through Pace Sportswear
    • Additional T-shirts can be purchased for $10
    • Additional lunches can be purchased for $8
    • Additional donations to Childrens Hospital Los Angeles can be made by entering amount on entry form and including a separate check made out directly to: CHLA Bloodmobile fund.

Team Registration on Active.com

Team Captains/Person Paying for Corporate Team:

PLEASE follow these directions to create and pay for your team: (if you have any issues please contact the Active Support team at 877-228-4881 option 2 then 3)

  1. Click the yellow "Create Your Team" button to the top right-hand corner.
  2. IMPORTANT: BE SURE TO SET THE CORRECT NUMBER OF MEMBERS YOU WILL BE PAYING FOR - $70 PER TEAM MEMBER - IN THE "Maximum Team Members" SECTION.
  3. Once you have finished creating the Team Name, return to the event page, click on the "Register Now" button, choose "Corporate Team Captains (Pay for your team)" category.
  4. Choose the team name you created from the drop down menu and set a password if you would like.
  5. In the question, "How many team members are you paying for?" be sure to choose the same number of members here that you entered in the "Maximum Team Members" section when you set up the team.
  6. Continue through registration and pay for your team.

Corporate Team Members:

PLEASE follow these directions to JOIN your team:

  1. Click on the "Register Now" button, choose "Corporate Team Members (Join Your Team Here)".
  2. Choose your team/company name from the drop down menu and type in password if captain set one.
  3. Continue through registration.
